If you need a go-to, ridiculously easy dip for a holiday gathering, or any time of the year, or just to have at home with burgers, Ranch “Crack” Dip is your answer. On top of being super simple to make, it calls for basic ingredients you likely already have at home.
Ranch “Crack” Dip Ingredients
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 (1 oz) packet Ranch dressing mix
- 3 oz bacon bits (in the packet, not the plastic jar)
- 1 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese
Stirring is not much of an instruction, but that really is all you have to do. Stir dry Ranch dressing mix into sour cream, and then add the cheese and bacon bits. Top with additional bacon and cheese.
Simply store in the refrigerator until ready to use (even better the next day). Set out a few minutes before serving to allow it to relax a little and be easier to dip. You can serve with any type of chip; we usually go with a traditional chip like Ruffles.
You can dress it up or down depending on your event.
If you have extra, try it on a burger or a baked potato.
This is definitely one you are going to want to pin or save.
They don’t call it crack for nothing!
